Clients must read these terms and conditions before placing an order.

Scripts

All clients are responsible for approving scripts prior to voice/production. Studios V2 will not be held responsible for misspelled words after a final script has been approved. All scripts must be clear on tone, rhythm, pauses, and style required and if there are any special requirements these must be indicated beforehand.

Delivery of Recordings

Completed recordings will be emailed to the client in either MP3 or WAV formats, for larger files that are too big to be emailed, they will be placed on a website ready to be downloaded (BOX.com). To ensure payment and prevent unauthorized usage, certain projects will be watermarked for approval, when payment has been received the watermark will be removed and the final recording will be made available to the client.

At time of dispatch all files are checked and are fit for purpose. Failure of delivery due to postal or Internet service provider is not the responsibility of Studios V2. Any loss or damage to recordings/material once delivered to the Client remains the responsibility of the Client and Studios V2 does not take responsibility or liability for the damage of recordings or services.

Studios V2 offers a 12-24 hour turnaround time (subject to availability) that applies only to orders under 2 hours, unless otherwise noted in the email response (a 20% surcharge applies to this service). Studios V2 is not responsible for response time to questions once script is received. The 12-24 hour turnaround time does not include any changes or re-recordings of the project. Charges will apply to any changes to the original brief.

All Scripts and requirements must be clear and concise for quick recordings to allow 12-24 hour turnaround on special requirement projects.

Should a hard copy be ordered, these terms, and conditions stated herein still apply.

Payments

Due to the nature of voiceovers new clients are expected to make payment upfront, except under extreme circumstances or the return of established clients. This is so that the studio and producer are paid for immediately. There is no satisfaction guarantee, nor refunds available, but should you be dissatisfied with any part of your specified recording or recording requested, requests for re-recordings of the original transcript will be provided free of charge providing the recording did not meet the original brief and that the request is received within 5 business days of the original order. All sales are final after the 5 day time period has expired. Free re-recordings within reason, only apply to orders that take 24 hours or less to record. Any alterations to original brief charges will apply.

All payments must be either Square or PayPal or if agreed otherwise by Studios V2. A fee of 4% of the total cost (whichever is the greater) applies for users paying through PayPal.

Copyright

Any voiceover/media supplied by Studios V2 remains the copyrighted by Studios V2 and may not be edited or used in anyway unless other wise noted by the company and permission given. Usage and distribution is limited to the original project brief and media e.g. CD, DVD, Video Game, TV, Radio, Website etc.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will not be sold or past onto third parties. Studios V2 uses the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customising future orders, improving business practice, and communicating wityou.

If you have filled out any of our on-line forms, your e-mail address and other contact information will be used to fulfill your request only. You will only receive the information for which you provided me your personal information.
